This is a set of Jicho,court janitors dated Meiji 36(1,903). Jicho was responsible for various chores at court. Originally,each of three jicho men carry individual tools. Compared to other hina doll characters, jicho has more expressive face like ordinary people.Their different facial expression,(kind of funny!),all are done in full details.Please enjoy all on more pictures! It comes with additinal accessories which are mostly related to food,and seem like they are not for these dolls,but they are very interesting! It comes in an original wooden box. Due to age,all have patina and some tools are missing and hairs are easy to come off and some are already gone and materials are getting thin and making holes,and flaws on the accessories and box,but as a whole it is in very good condition. This will be so enjoyable to display at your home! *Please let us know if you don't need a box for less shipping.
