This is a pair of altar decoration dated around 1,960s.They are called Rintou which are used to hung from top at altar to place lighting. They are beautifully made with fantastic gold color with chrysanthemum motif and all can be connected perfectly with hooks. Top on the roof is also decorated with floral shapes. There are additional tray and kind of pin.Tray is originally used to put oil for lighting and pin is used to extinguish it. Please enjoy all details on more pictures. Due to material and use,they are getting rusty,and get green, also there are some scratches,stains,but as a whole it is in very good condition. This will be ideal for candles or stunning hanging decoration! *They are not 100% solid copper.
