This is a set of 7 Eto-mamori dated around late Showa,mid.to late 1,900s. Eto-mamori is a small size charm with a wooden sculpture of eto (zodiac) animal of the year. It is available only during the New Year season at shrines,so some have stamps from Sumiyoshi Taisha and some are signed on the bottom. Every animals are nicely stored in handsome wooden boxes and boxes themselves are really beautiful and some also have stamps from shrines. Please enjoy all details on more pictures. One does not come in an wooden box,but other than this,there are not any prominet flaws. These will be great accent home or gift for your friends!
