This is a kakejiku(scroll) made for boy's festival day which takes place annually on May 5(originally called tanko no sekku and it is a day set aside to respect children's personalities and to celebrate their happiness dated around 1,930s. Not like regular armor scroll,interstingly,it is drawn from the side hidden a little on the right. Armor is placed on armor's case,and handsome crest on his helmet,mask,dragon on armor,and fully armed custumes,all are done by high skills in full details.There is a poetic writing on the right and signed on the bottom.PLESE enjoy them on more pictures.This comes in a wooden box. There are some patinas on the fringes,and due to frequnet rolling,the papers on the back is getting thin,and the bottom on the back have additonal scotchtapes,but as a whole it is in very good condition. This will be outstanding wall art for the empty wall you are looking to fill in!
