This is a handsome tetsubin(case-iron kettle) dated around early 1,900s. Ryubondo is famous for making fantastic tetsubin as you see from the pictures. It has elegant large leaves coming out from the rim on top which is just a simple beauty! It has a wonderful detailed handle on top. Please enjoy all details on more pictures. Due to age and use of water,it gets reallty rusty inside and the bottom which give great aged patina to it and top on the handle has some stains which might be able to remove rubbing and as a whole it is in very good condition. This simply beauty can blend in any home decor for sure!
