This is a Haribako(Sewing box) wood with many practical small compartments dated around mid.1,900s. The top compartment for pin cushion and another drawer on the bottom with sliding cover inside. The top drawer is divided into 2 sections and 4 drawers below are so practical to store all kinds of small things for needleworks. They are sweet original handles. Many corners are done by fantstic traditional construction works including inside drawers,so PLESE enjoy all on more pictures specially mulberry wooden grains like water floatings and details even on the back because all are just stunning! Amazingly, they come with original accessories for needleworks inside of every drawers! Due to use and age, there are some scratches, stains and originally, there is a cover on the pin cushion which flips attached with hinges on top,(maybe it is easier without it?!),but as a whole it is in very good condition. This style of haribako is so hard to find these days, and will be collectable for your home! *Sliding it out,the top part for pin cushion can be seprated.
