This is a Tsuri- Hanaike, hanging vase for flower arrangement dated around late 1,900s. This beautiful crescent shape is used a lot for ikebana for a long time and hung with chains in Japanese room.(This does not come with a chain). There is a ring to hang on top and a place to arrange the flower inside of vase. There are scratches around the body, and coatings came off and due to material, some inside areas are rusty, but as a whole it is in very good condition. This simple beauty looks so elegant itself, but hanging from ceiling with simple flowers in it for your home will be so oustanding, too!
