This ranma is a handcarved wooden transom which is rectangular opening, longer in the horizontal direction,constructed between the lintels of the frame for sliding screens and the ceiling, also be found at the interior of a dwelling, under the ridges of a gate, on a fence for above the main entrance.This is from around mid.1,900s.The corners are finely trimed,and inside frame have great 2 wooden colors.
There is an crane flying freely in the middle surronded by handsome pine trees.Cranes are usually a pair and the other matching ranma is #506936.
This is done in such a dimenstional ways and all details are so striking done carefully by high skill,also, this has traditional joineries.PLESE enjoy all on more pictures!
It has some scratches,chips and black coatings came off,but as a whole it is in very good condition.
This is versatile ranma which can be seen from both sides and will be wonderful home decor for your empty wall! |
