This is a vest probably used for carrying a bundle of sticks for burning dated around mid.1,900s. We are not sure why there is a straw woven,but sweet cotton fabrics and straws show great mingei warm touch. Please enjoy all details on more pictures. It has some kind of yellow ropes attached and some flaws due to use,but as a whole it is in very good condition. Hanging this piece on the wall will be lovely accent piece for your home!
