This is a hand paitned 4 panels screen dated around mid.1,900s used for a display at the time of the Boys' Festival on May 5 to celebrate the healthy growth and development of boys. The draped curtains with beautiful tassels hanging in the middle is painted so artistically and stunning blinds above. Due to use,the folded areas are getting worn out and some colors are coming off,and back of the screen has many holes,but they don't go thr, to the front,also some flaws on the frames,but as a whole it is in very good condition. This will be great to display behind any art objects!
