This is a wooden tray coated on urushi datd Taisho 3(1914).According to the logo on the back,this was uesd at shrine and this special lacquere is called Kaisyu-urushi which is made mixing mineral to create red color. Tray is finely trimed like flowers on the corners and have elegant legs with wonderul religious red. There are some scratches,and some flaws,but as a whole it is in very good condition.
