This is a modern Cha-wan(Tea bowl) used at tea ceremony and this is called Kobaruto-moto(kobaruto pottery from Okinawa done by artist,Shiun,and this pottery's name should be named after cobalt blue color. This has very unique Hinomaru (rising-sun flag) picture waved by wind on the front which is not used often on tea bowl on beautiful blue color and there are Japanese pine tress below. It has a stamp on the bottom and come with an wooden box.This is new,comes in perfect condition.It will be such an outstanding piece no matter how you use!
