Each regions in Japan has its own special Mingei(folk-crafts or arts) which reflect mythological and religious backgournds.Mingei is art of the common people made by hand unaffctedly.It is functional rather than decorative and kept to be very simple.
Common Mingei objects include many ceramics, lacquer products, wood objects,and others.
